The new job in a new industry feels bigger than we are. Both ask for skilled work fast, after years of being the one who already knew. Under all of it, the doubt returns. Can we really do this again? The Pivot Expertise can look like a place we finally reached, so starting over seems to mean giving up everything we had earned. We have been beginners before, more times than we remember. The doubt came first. It always does. That is true of every beginning, when so much depends on getting this right.
