The Pivot Blame feels faster than the alternative. It hands the weight somewhere else before we have to sit with our own part in it. But most of what goes sideways involved more than one hand on the wheel, ours included. When we only look outward, we lose the chance to see our own role in it, and with it, the chance to do something differently next time. The Move The next time something goes wrong, notice where you reach first. Before you name what or who is to blame, what part was yours?
