Leading the Pivot | The Ripple Effect of Commitment

Welcome to Wednesday! As you step into the natural pivot point of the week, here’s a brief moment of encouragement and perspective to help you lead the pivots in your life.

Leading the Pivot | The Ripple Effect of Commitment

Practical wisdom for the pivots that shape us.

The Moment

Commitment is one of the most underestimated forces in our work. The moment we choose to fully invest in the role we hold, the project in front of us, the people around us, or the mission of our organization, something powerful begins to happen. Commitment creates traction, and traction generates momentum.

The Pivot

True commitment has a ripple effect. It influences and inspires the people around us, whether that is a team we lead, our cross-functional partners, others on our immediate team, or even our own leaders.

Commitment also becomes a steady motivator within us. It helps us keep moving, even when the pace slows or roadblocks appear. One person’s dedication can change the direction of a project, a team, or an entire organization.

The Move

This week, take a moment to consider your own level of commitment. Where might a renewed dedication from you create a meaningful ripple effect for those around you?

Cheering you on to your best life,
