​Practical wisdom for the pivots that shape us.

The Moment
​
​There is a question many of us carry beneath the surface.
Should we stay, or should we go?

An organization. A team. A project. A place we keep showing up.
We wonder if we have done all the good we can do.

We do not want to leave from frustration or burnout. We do not want to leave just because it got hard.
But we also do not want to stay out of fear, or habit, or loyalty to a version of ourselves that no longer fits.

The Pivot
​
​This is a lonely question because it is hard to ask out loud.

And the answer rarely arrives as certainty. It arrives as signals.
A pattern of roadblocks that do not move.
An open door that keeps returning.

A sense that our impact is thinning, or that our growth has stalled.
The deeper work is not forcing a decision. It is paying close enough attention to tell the difference between a season that is still forming and a chapter that is complete.
